Vacation Planning
Custom Vacation Planning
Starting at $250 per person
For travelers looking for a thoughtfully planned vacation tailored to their interests, travel style, and priorities.
Your planning may include:
- Personalized itinerary design
- Destination, hotel, and experience recommendations
- Research and booking coordination
- Coordination with trusted travel partners
- Support before and during your trip
More complex itineraries may require an additional planning fee based on the scope of the trip.
Cruise Planning
Starting at $150 per stateroom
The right cruise is about much more than choosing a ship and itinerary. We help you compare cruise lines, ships, cabin options, itineraries, and what's included to find the experience that fits the way you want to travel.
For more complex cruise vacations that include pre- or post-cruise stays, custom touring, multiple destinations, or extensive planning, our Custom Vacation Planning fee may apply.
Air & Rail Planning
Starting at $150 per person
Available for select itineraries.
Air and rail planning can involve significantly more than finding a ticket, particularly with international routes, multiple destinations, complex connections, or premium cabins.
Fees vary based on itinerary complexity and availability.
Groups & Special Departures
Custom fee based on scope
Traveling together should feel exciting, not like a second job.
Group travel often requires additional coordination, guest communication, room management, payment tracking, and logistics. We'll discuss the scope of your group and provide the applicable planning fee before getting started.
Important Fee Information
Service fees are separate from the cost of travel and payments made to hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, and other travel suppliers.
Service fees are non-refundable and apply to the professional planning services provided by Travel Brilliant, regardless of whether the proposed travel is ultimately booked.
Additional fees may apply for complex itineraries, extensive revisions, last-minute requests, or services outside the original scope of planning. Any additional fees will be discussed before that work begins.
