Service Fees

For the majority of our clients our services are fee-free, however there are some concierge services Travel Brilliant charges service fees for.

Airline Ticket Bookings 

Roundtrip Domestic Air- $50 per person

Multi Destination Domestic Air- $75 per person

Round Trip International Air- $75 per person

Multi Destination International Air - $100+ per person based on number of destinations

Rail Ticket Bookings

Domestic Rail Tickets - $50+ per person based on number of destinations

International Rail Tickets- $75+per person based on number of destinations

Visa Processing

Visa Assistance- $150per person (plus any applicable fees Visa required)

Multi Destination Independent Travel* 

Independent travel means you are traveling without the support of a tour operator or tour group. 

Domestic Planning Fee- $100 per person Example: Cross-country road trip

International Planning Fee- $150 per person Example: Country hopping through Europe
