For the majority of our clients our services are fee-free, however there are some concierge services Travel Brilliant charges service fees for.

Airline Ticket Bookings

Roundtrip Domestic Air- $75 per person

Multi Destination Domestic Air- $100 per person

Round Trip International Air- $150 per person

Multi Destination International Air - $200+ per person based on number of destinations

Rail Ticket Bookings

Domestic Rail Tickets - $75+ per person based on number of destinations

International Rail Tickets- $100+per person based on number of destinations

Visa Processing

Visa Assistance- $250per person (plus any applicable fees Visa required)

Multi Destination Independent Travel

Independent travel means you are traveling without the support of a tour operator or tour group.

Domestic Planning Fee- $150 per person

International Planning Fee- $250 per person

*A planning fee may be charged on complicated itineraries that require a great deal of research across multiple vendors by our agents to create a quote.
